Thetis IT is committed to achieving and maintaining the highest products standards and seeks to meet all customer requirements following continuous improvement actions.
Thetis IT has established a Quality Management System, which complies with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 international standard.
The Quality Policy of Thetis IT is to:
- consistently provide products and services in a manner which will satisfy Client requirements in all respects.
- create a working environment where people become fully involved in achieving high quality objectives.
- implement appropriate actions to address any risks and opportunities associated with internal / external issues, and to meet the needs and expectations of interested parties.
- ensure all Company personnel are fully competent to carry out their assigned task.
- continually improve services provided to Clients, through the use of this Quality Policy, quality objectives, performance evaluations including audit results and corrective actions.
- establish annual quality objectives at strategic and operational levels, which will be measured and reported at the management review meetings.
- maintain documented information as objective evidence to demonstrate compliance with the Quality Management System.
- control & continually monitor all ongoing projects.
- achieve continual improvement.
- review the Quality Management System at planned intervals to ensure it is effective and achieving the stated quality policy.
Thetis IT management teams are fully committed to the above and actively encourage a similar commitment by personnel at all levels in the Company.
This Quality Policy is evaluated as part of the overall review of the Quality Management System to ensure its stated objectives are met.
This Quality Policy is available to all personnel including partners, suppliers and contractors. All employees are encouraged to read it and communicate any question to the Directors.
Quality is an integral part of Thetis IT business principles.
Our Health and Safety Policy
Tement will strive to take all reasonable steps to reduce workplace hazards to as low as reasonably achievable.
- Supervisors and managers are held accountable for the health and safety of all employees under their supervision. This includes responsibility for applicable training and instruction, appropriate follow-up on reported health and safety concerns, and implementation of recommended corrective action.
- Supervisors, workers and visitors are expected to perform their duties and responsibilities in a safe and healthful manner, and are accountable for the Health and Safety of themselves and others.
- Thetis IT is committed to providing all necessary training and instruction to ensure that appropriate work practices are followed on the job, and to promote their use off the job.
- If necessary, Thetis IT will take disciplinary action where individuals fail to work in a healthy and safe manner, or do not comply with applicable legislation or corporate policies and procedures.
Health, safety, the environment and loss control in the workplace are everyone's responsibility. Thetis IT expects that everyone will join in our efforts to provide a healthy and safe working environment on a continuous day to day basis. Only through the dedication and efforts of all individuals can Thetis IT succeed in providing a healthy safe working environment. Our Environmental Policy Statement
Thetis IT recognises that in our day to day operations we inevitably impact on the environment in a number of ways and are committed to reduce that impact through continual improvement in our environmental performance.
This is achieved through our Integrated Management System that meets the requirements of EN ISO 14001:2015 ensures our business processes are carefully monitored, measured and controlled to promote a continual improvement in our environmental performance.
Thetis IT provides the management of our services to a variety of public and private sector clients. Management is committed to ensure that we:
- Employ systems and procedures that ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and other requirements relating to the environment.
- Promote the use of a process approach and risk based thinking.
- Set documented environmental objectives based on our significant environmental aspects, compliance obligations and considering our risks and opportunities.
- Provide employee training to enhance environmental awareness of our staff, this ensures environmental issues are considered when managing our premises and planning, implementing and undertaking all projects.
- Promote a sustainable approach to business, in partnership with our clients and other stakeholders by conserving energy, minimising consumption, preferring low pollution materials, maximising efficiency and implementing the waste management hierarchy.
- Ensure that we integrate sustainability considerations into our business decisions.
- Maintain an Integrated Management System that incorporates the Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with the requirements of EN ISO 14001:2015 that is communicated to all staff.
- Are committed to preventing pollution and to minimising the environmental impact, for the life cycle; of plant, equipment, and any other physical assets under our control.
- Minimise the amount of waste to landfill through the adoption of the waste hierarchy: eliminate, reduce, reuse and recycle.
- Are committed to continual improvement in our environmental performance, through the implementation of our EMS, and the establishment of measurable environmental objectives and targets. These will be documented, implemented, maintained, monitored and reviewed.
- Put controls in place to protect the environment from any significant environmental aspects and impacts arising from our work activities.
- Will measure our Carbon Footprint and take account of carbon management in our business decisions to reduce our contribution to climate change.
This policy is communicated to all employees and organisations working for or on our behalf. Employees and other organisations are expected to co-operate and assist in the implementation of this policy, whilst ensuring that their own work, so far as is reasonably practicable, is carried out without risk to themselves, others, or the environment.
Thetis IT fully accepts its responsibility to protect the environment in all its business activities by adopting best practice industry standards and guidelines. This policy will be reviewed annually by management and where deemed necessary will be amended and reissued.
This policy statement is available to interested parties, upon reasonable request. All persons working with or for Thetis IT will receive full support to ensure the Integrated Management System is fully understood, implemented and maintained throughout.
It is Thetis IT's responsibility to ensure the Integrated Management System functions correctly and its effectiveness is maintained through monitoring, control, audit and review.
